20 October 2009 - ISPA, the Internet Service Provider Association of Belgium appointed Henri-Jean Pollet, Director of Perceval, as the new President.
Henri-Jean Pollet, Director of Perceval, is a founding member of ISPA and chairman of the regulatory working group. He succeeds Wim Roggeman, who has been appointed Secretary-General and Spokesman by the Board of Directors. Henri-Jean Pollet will be assisted by Piet Spiessens (Telenet), Vice-President and Jürgen Massie (Belgacom), treasurer.
